New Lab is a community of hardware-centric designers, engineers, and entrepreneurs leveraging advanced technologies to create meaningful new products in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Through access to tools, space, and like-minded experts—in fields including robotics, A.I., urban technology, and energy—New Lab nurtures growth-stage companies that are pushing boundaries across disciplines.

New Lab iOS App is the virtual nervous system of the physical building, and a primary tool through which New Lab members are able to utilize the space and connect with the community. The app reinforces the workspace as an essential part of the Space Management System.

Key features:

- Find available timeslots, and book conference rooms with the app.

- View daily in-house lunch menu, prepared exclusively by Chefs Club, and place order via the app.

- Issue a support ticket, participate in a conversation with New Lab staff on the go, and track progress on the open issue.

- Browse through news feed, see blog posts, attend events.

- Search member directory. Find talent, experts, mentors, and influencers in the community.

- View the list of machines that are available for you to use in New Lab’s shops.
